At Schouw Informatisering, we are fond of creating solutions that really add value for customers in the food and beverage industry. Our proven and certified solution SI Foodware is currently distributed in more than 10 countries worldwide.

However, as an ISV, we want to do more than just developing great software. We want to be ISV+. Together with our partners, we are looking for ways to improve not only our products, but also the way that our products are deployed at customer sites. Why? Because, if we can decrease the number of hours spent on an implementation of the products, our partners are able to do more projects per year. And our end users have more time to focus on their core business instead of deploying new ERP systems. Which leads to higher satisfaction rates, etc.

Speed is good though, but should not be equal to a lower quality. No. We do want to accelerate on both. Better implementations in shorter lead times. In order to reach those improvements, we built FoodFit, our approach to better, faster and easier projects. FoodFit was presented to our partners last week, including a theoretical class and input from the field in a session hosted by Schouw Netherlands. And as you master by doing, we’ve put FoodFit into practice for all attendees. A number of partners from across the globe attended the training at the Microsoft headquarters at Schiphol Airport, the Netherlands. A successful day with space for informal meetings and networking was finished by a dinner cruise in the canals of Amsterdam. An activity I can recommend for sure!
